HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration and analysis of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, dental insurance, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence and unemployment
  • Assist Human Resources Director with daily activities to support internal clients
  • Interact with third party administrator in the administration of the 401(k) plan
  • Verify contributions and approve distributions
  • Participate in 401(k) testing
  • Compile payroll data for benefits and other appropriate deductions to be withheld from applications and other records
  • Prepare computer input forms, enter data into computer files
  • Review payroll changes and verify accuracy
  • Prepare and issue record data concerning transfer of employees between departments
  • Verify payroll reports for accuracy
  • Process benefit terminations, including notification to COBRAServ

Requirements:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Bachelor’s degree; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years related Human Resources Generalist experience preferred

Courier

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service by delivering and picking up banking documents which may include bank deposits for business establishments
  • Travel to delivery sites and obtain receipts for articles delivered
  • Performs clerical and manual labor duties primarily related to outgoing and incoming mail and the proper disposal of confidential documents

Requirements:

  • One year experience
  • Excellent driving record
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of office machines to include mail equipment

Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation and maintenance of local and wide area network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring
  • Install PCs, software and peripheral equipment
  • Assist with installs, upgrades, and network testing of hardware and software components
  • Performs troubleshooting
  • Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory, application software, and file services
  • Handle telephone, voice mail, email, and in person requests for assistance from users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable training
  • One or two years experience

Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide account information, bank products and services to existing and potential clients through profiling, cross-selling with the ability of opening accounts and additional services
  • Effectively correspond with customers via the phone, through email and the web
  • Interact closely with other areas to enhance the client’s relationship
  • Required to handle multiple tasks, fulfill requests and handle problem resolutions
  • Requires knowledge of all Deposit and Retail Loan products

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years in retail banking or call center environment
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong PC and data entry skills to include Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evening and some weekends

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Operates a multi-line telephone console and responds to incoming calls, forwards calls and provides basic information to customers and staff in a professional manner
  • Perform routine office and clerical duties to include filing, completing forms, preparing reports, correspondence and mailings, preparing Board minutes, accepting office packages, opening and distributing mail, and other administrative support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • A minimum high school education is required
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking proactive steps to promote and secure new mortgage business and provide quality service to clients through accurate financial counseling and professional interviewing tactics
  • Assist clients in selecting a mortgage loan product that meets their needs as well as lending standards

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of the position and to generate independent leads for new business
  • Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • Administrative support to include maintaining branch records and files, ordering supplies, assisting with ATM related transactions/activities/and operational efficiency, assisting tellers with complex transactions, and providing on the job training for teller and customer service representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Effective sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of online teller terminals and standard office equipment

  • Under general direction, is responsible for selling and cross-selling bank products and services to walk-in customers and prospects
  • Efforts should be on building relationships with current customers and prospects and seizing opportunities to acquire additional profitable business

  • Recognize other financial needs of customers and make referrals to other branch personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months prior cash handling and customer service experience
  • Previous teller experience is a plus
