What amounts can be loaded onto the Gift Cards?
You can place any whole dollar amount from $20 to $750 on gift cards.
Are there any limits on the number or total value of DeluxeCard Visa Gift Cards that I can purchase?
Yes. A maximum of 10 Gift Cards can be purchased per order, with a maximum load value of $750 per card. The dollar load values for the combination of cards within an order must total no more than $3,750.
Is there a fee for each Gift Card purchased?
Yes. A fee of $4.95 is applied to each Gift Card purchased.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Can I use my Gift Card to pay for any gasoline purchases?
Your Gift Card can be used to purchase gas at any gas station where Visa debit cards are accepted. "Pay at the Pump" card terminals perform an immediate verification process to confirm that there is at least a $100 balance on the card being used, prior to allowing the purchase to continue. If your card's balance is under $100, it will be declined at the pump. However, it will be accepted at the merchant's cash register to complete your gas purchase transaction.
For purchases at restaurants, service-oriented places, hotels, car rentals, etc, will I need to ensure there is enough money on my card to cover any gratuity the merchant may include when authorizing the purchase?
Your Gift Card can be used at any establishment where Visa debit cards are accepted. And just like when you pay with a credit card, you will designate the amount of gratuity to be added to your bill at the time of payment. However, when you present the card to your server, they will run it through their terminal for authorization. To receive authorization for a service bill such as at a restaurant, there is a standard percentage added to the authorization amount of up to 20%, and many merchants have programmed their terminals to automatically add an additional percentage of the bill (15-20%) to the transmitted authorization amount on any card purchase. Although this amount is for authorization purposes only and does not reflect what you will actually pay, there may be a situation where the balance on your card is not sufficient to cover this authorization amount.
Can I get cash at an ATM with my Gift Card?
No. You will not be able to use the Gift Card to access cash at an ATM. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is not available with Gift Cards.
Can I add money to my Gift Card?
No. Values can only be loaded to a Gift Card at the initial purchase. Funds cannot be added.

Who do I call if my Gift Card is damaged?
If the gift card is damaged, please call DeluxeCard Customer Service at 1-866-255-9831 to get a Replacement Card. There is a $15 per-card Replacement Card Fee.

Is there an inactive fee if the Gift Card is not used?
Yes. A Monthly Maintenance fee of $4.95 will be applied following twelve consecutive months of card inactivity. All open-system gift card programs have this in common.
