New Home Page
The new home page provides you with access to all the tools you need to manage your finances from one convenient place.
- Your Accounts - Enjoy a single view of your account balances and recent activity. Accounts are grouped by category (deposits, loans, etc.) and balances appear alongside each account. Each category shows a total amount. The list expands to show all your accounts in one view. And, you will be able to view up to the last 14 days of account activity. Simply click on the "Go to History" link to view additional activity.
- Make a Transfer - Make one-time, immediate transfers quickly and easily among your Cardinal Bank accounts. Simply enter the amount, choose the "from" and "to" accounts and click on the "Transfer" button. If you don't have enough funds in your "from" account for the transfer, we'll notify you with an on-screen message. For scheduled and recurring transfers simply click on the "More Transfer Options" link.
- Make a Payment - Make a quick payment right from the home page. Simply select your payee from the drop-down list, enter the payment date and amount and make a payment with the on-screen check. Once completed, your new payment will appear in the list below, which shows all scheduled payments until they are cleared. To add payees, edit or cancel payments, simply click on the "Go to Payments" link and be directed to the Bill Pay section of Online Banking.
- Cardinal CashBack Rewards - Get rewarded for your Cardinal Bank VisaŽ CheckCard purchases with Cardinal CashBack Rewards. Monitor offers and cash earned. Special offers will be presented based on places where you already shop. To redeem an offer, click on the offer and shop using your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard.* No small print, no coupons.
- Manage Money - Enroll in FinanceWorksTM to monitor your spending habits with the chart right on the home page. The chart shows spending for the last 30 days. Categories are shown with totals and percentages and each category can be clicked to drill down and review transactions. Open FinanceWorks by clicking on the "Go to FinanceWorks" link.
New History Page
The new account history page makes browsing your transactions even easier. Transactions are clearly displayed for quick viewing and also features offers available to you with Cardinal CashBack Rewards.

Get rewarded with cash back for everyday purchases made with your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard. Receive exclusive money saving offers with Cardinal CashBack Rewards.
Simply view offers presented on the new home page, new offer page or new Cardinal CashBack summary page. Activate the offer by clicking on it, make the qualified purchases with your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard based on the terms of the offer and watch your savings add up. Your CardinalCash Rewards will be credited to your checking account at the end of the month following the purchase date.

What is the New Online Banking Home Page?
The new Home Page helps you do your everyday money management tasks quickly and easily all in one place. In fact, we've brought together the tools needed to perform your most common daily tasks without ever leaving the page. You can easily:
- Check your account balances
- Look for recently cleared transactions
- Quickly transfer money between accounts
- Pay your bills
- Find and use Cardinal CashBack Rewards program offers
- See how you are spending your money with FinanceWorks
So instead of switching between Account Summary, Account History, Bill Pay, Transfer Funds and other pages, you can take action right there on one page.
- My Accounts - This is where you can see all of your accounts and balances, as well as a list of your recent transactions and Rewards program offers if they are available. The most recent transactions for your primary deposit account are displayed by default. Or you can hover over any account name and click the Show Recent link to see the most recent transactions for that account. Clicking the Hide Recent link hides the transaction details for that account. Clicking the Full history link opens the New Account History Page for that account.
- Make a Transfer - This is where you can easily move money between your accounts. Just enter the amount, select the to and from accounts for the transfer, then click the Transfer button, confirm the transfer details and you're done. Or you can click on the More transfer options link to go to your regular Transfers page where you can set up scheduled transfers.
- Make a Payment - If you have enrolled in online bill pay, scheduling a payment from the home page is easy. First you select a payee you have established from the drop-down field. Then select the payment date using the calendar tool and enter the amount. Then click the Schedule Payment button to schedule a one-time payment. This area also displays any payments that have been scheduled but have not yet been processed.
If you have not enrolled in bill pay, the Make a Payment section will display a message about paying bills online and provide a link to get started.
- Cardinal CashBack Rewards - This is where you find how many new and existing offers you have for each eligible account along with the rewards amount that has been earned so far this month. The full list of new and current offers can be found on the Rewards Summary Page.
- View My Spending - If you have enrolled in FinanceWorks, the pie chart shows all of your spending trends with a summary of your transactions for the past 30 days, categorized and broken out as totals and percentages. You can click on a pie piece to see a complete list of transactions for the selected category. If you have not yet enrolled in FinanceWorks, instead of seeing the spending pie chart a message will encourage to try FinanceWorks with a link to get started.
What is the New Account History Page?
The new account history page is a compliment to the new home page. This new page offers a different way to view your account information. You'll notice right away that the account detail information that was previously shown at the top of the page is now in two different places. The account name and partial account number are located on the upper left side of the page while the account balance and available balance are on the upper right.
The new Account History page has displays the transactions for your accounts as well as additional information:
- Your Transactions - Your account transactions area is located on the left side and takes up much of the page. This is where you can see the most recent account activity sorted by date with your most recent transactions at the top. Each transaction shows the most relevant information for the type of account that's selected. The history columns include the Date, Description, Deposit, Withdrawal, and Balance.
- Account Summary - You can quickly see the most relevant fields for the selected account in the account summary display in the upper right hand of the pages along with a See account details link. Clicking on the link expands the account summary display with additional account detail information such as current and available balances. If you have an interest-bearing account, you will also see the current rate and the YTD and prior year interest earned. To hide the additional information, just click the Hide account details link.
- Cardinal CashBack Rewards Program - The Rewards program is an easy way to earn cash back on everyday purchases. If an account is eligible for the Rewards program you will see offers in your transaction list and find the 'Rewards' section just below the account summary. The 'Rewards' section display shows the number of new offers, active offers on the card, as well as how much you have earned. Clicking the All offers and options link opens the Rewards program summary page with a list of all new and current offers and recent rewards.
What is Cardinal CashBack Rewards?
Cardinal CashBack Rewards lets you earn rewards by using your Cardinal Bank VisaŽ CheckCard to purchase merchandise and services. Through this program, you'll receive targeted offers through Online Banking. There is no limit to the rewards you can earn. So, the more you use your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard, the more offers you can receive and the more rewards you can earn!
How do I sign up for Cardinal CashBack Rewards?
Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard customers are automatically enrolled in Cardinal CashBack Rewards.
How do I earn rewards?
This rewards program is based on how you currently shop, so the offers you receive are relevant to you. The more you use your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard, the more chances you have to receive offers. Using technology based on your activity and our program, your transactions are matched with current merchant offers. To earn rewards, click on an offer to see the details; this automatically loads the offer onto your CheckCard. Then shop at the specified retailer and pay using your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard to earn the reward.
Do I need to use a coupon or code to earn rewards?
Typically, you do not need a coupon or code to redeem an offer. Each offer has different specifications regarding when and where you shop and how much you need to spend. Offers that require an online purchase are clearly specified and may include a redemption code. Please read offer details to determine how to redeem each offer.
How do I redeem an offer?
To redeem the offer, simply click on it to see the details; this automatically loads the offer onto your Cardinal Bank Visa CheckCard. Then shop at the specified retailer and pay using your CheckCard to earn the reward. Each offer has different requirements regarding when and where to shop and how much you need to spend. When do I receive the rewards for the offers I redeem?
Your rewards will typically be deposited to your account the month after you redeem the offer. Since we do not share your personal information with retailers, we cannot credit your account immediately at the time of purchase. For example, any rewards you redeem in the month of September typically will be credited to your account at the end of October. If you would like to see the offers you have redeemed or the total value of the offers you have redeemed, please visit the rewards summary page.
I am enrolled in Cardinal Visa Extras. Can I earn rewards for both programs?
Yes. You can earn rewards under both programs when you meet the program requirements.
Can I use another coupon or discount from this retailer with my offers?

Where do I go to see offers?
You can find offers on the new home page beneath transactions in the transaction history or in the "rewards" section in the upper of the new home page. Offers can also be found on the account history page or the rewards summary page. New offers will be labeled as "New Offers" until you click to activate them. Once clicked, the reward is "loaded onto" the associated CheckCard. All offers can be viewed by visiting the rewards summary page.
Where do I go to see offers?
How can I view all of my offers and/or how can I tell what offers I am supposed to be credited for?
To view all offers that you have redeemed, go to the rewards summary page. The rewards summary page contains all offers you have received, those you have redeemed and the specifics for each offer including the offer expiration dates.
If I return merchandise used to redeem an offer, do I keep my rewards?
Yes, you will keep any rewards earned.
*Purchases must be made with your Cardinal Visa CheckCard and meet the requirements of the offer in order to earn the cash back reward.
